Tracking Question

Well, at least I'm not alone. My mail man is evil too. And today I was getting all excited about my Red obsession arriving. I was getting my lunch ready for work when I heard the letterbox go. Thinking it would only be bills and such I left it for a minute. When I went to see what had come through the door it was a Royal mail "Sorry, you were out" slip. I couldn't believe it - he didn't even knock or ring the bell! Now thats just lazy. Its not like its the first time our mail man has done it either. Next time I'm expecting something that needs a signature, I will be waiting at the front door, and when that slip starts to come through like I know its going to I'll be there...waiting to pounce.

I would have ran out the door and chased the guy down the street...
in fact, for the silver v2, I did just that!

Put a big sign on our front door: "IF SIGNATURE DELIVERY, PLEASE KNOCK LOUDLY" or "IF SIGNED DELIVERY, PLEASE RING DOORBELL". It works surprisingly well ... except when they throw it at your front porch and run away, leaving the slip to the wind .. (DHL *growl*)

I reckon if I had opened the door gently and quietly enough when he was sliding the slip through the letterbox, I would have seen him with his eyes tightly closed, concentrating so hard trying not to make a noise, biting his tounge like a child. And when he realised his hands had crossed the place where the door should be, he would have looked up to see me in place of the door saying "what the f##k are you doing? - Give me my parcel moron".

You should have grabbed his hand when he was sliding it through the door and pulled his arm like mad so his face slammed into the door!!! Or just touched his hand a little bit!!!

Or better yet hire a little person to punch him in the man bag when you open the door to greet him. Bet he'll never forget after that! P.S. If you do that please catch it on video! That'll make me laugh for years! (I know my humor isn't very high brow )
