Our community is growing

Post by MJShasko »

Every year about this time (and into January) the forum seems to grow from an influx of new members (Ho-Ho-Ho). We should hit 1000 by the end of 2013 :)

( Was Sept/Oct 2010 the big trade show? )

Sep 2010 was when the Gadget Show introduced Revomaze on to the UK TV.

That is where I first saw Revomaze

Does anything account for the recent record number of forum users online at one time? Did I miss an online, "Christmas in June" sale?

Probably not. Those meters are generally always way off based on some sort of non-live user count. Either a bug or something else that would signify multiple individual users but in reality was only a few people. Could be a bunch of stuff. As much as I hate to say it, there probably weren't 83 individual people looking for information on the Revomaze forums on the 11th.

I mean even if they had sent out invitations for potential vendors/investors out and they all arrived that day, you'd still be hard pressed to get 83 of them at once. Most likely something got caught up in the phpbb code and it just kept counting and not removing idle users, or recounted people over and over to get that high.

That's too bad. I was hoping there was an influx of new customers from Marbles. Or a new R1 to buy. ;)

I think you are right,..... probably not, because you're reacting on a message from 2012! :D

Indeed. I think we can safely say that this thread should be closed now.

It's always worth checking the date of the posts before replying, just in case.
