Monthly Update. MAY

Hi Guys,

So just to let you know what we've been up to this month. Firstly the Purples have been sent to the winners and two people have successfully opened theirs so far, feedback has been 100% positive which is great. Now that the Purple project is finished Chris is working on the Mini’s and will continue to do so until all are shipped.

Mercury batch 2 is progressing well, the backs are currently at the anodizers and will be returned late next week, I will upload some pics once we have them here. In the meantime Chris is working on the Mazes which are looking great using new equipment. There are to be no modifications to the maze design, it will be identical to batch 1, however the operation of the puzzle has been improved so that it turns smoother. This is in addition to the modifications to the drawbar and pin, which have been made based on valuable feedback from batch 1. Once all the mazes have been completed we will be in a position to give the date for batch 2's release.

Finally, we would like to extend a big welcome to our Marbles customers who have recently joined the forum as well as a thank you to our veteran Revo’ers for making them feel instantly welcome.

I will be posting monthly updates on this thread, however as always please do not hesitate to contact me directly with any questions or queries you may have.

I appreciate the welcome, Sophie! Any chance of prizes for us marbles folk eventually (like purple mazes?). It's good to hear the R2s are progressing well, but we kind of missed the boat on that one. Hopefully next month we can have tales of new bronzes, yes, maybe? :]

I think its best that Sophie comment in the announcements block. Many of us have notifications of tor that sort of thing. Its nice to get a notification only when announcements are made. Which is why Its great you started this thread. I'd expect that after each monthly announcement a new thread like this is created. With that in mind, you might want to add the year to the title.
