Oskar's Treasure Chest

Post by Paradox »

A few of you may know that a while ago Oskar designed a 3x3x3 cube that once solved would open, and as such could be used as a puzzle box.

These have been available on Oskar's Shapeways Puzzle Shop at a cost of $241.75.

Now the design has been mass produced by Meffert's and is available to Jade Club members for only $36! Which I think is an absolute bargain.

The Jade Club membership costs a minimum of $18, and for that you get a free Jade puzzle of your choice and the ability to buy exclusive puzzles like this one. Alternately you can pay more and get another puzzle or free shipping if you want to.

You have to be invited by another Jade Club member to join, and each new member gets the ability to invite 3 friends.
So I have 2 more invites available which I am happy to give to the first 2 people who drop me a PM. :)

i really love this concept and have been toying with getting one. Kind of wish it was bigger though... there's not much worth hiding in it short of a small wad of cash. Since I am a member from an invite from revo, anyone who would like an invite, let me know. i think i have 3 left.

On the other hand, his use of flash totally breaks the site.

You should let him know that.

And because of the clutzy nature of the website ;p I have no idea what puzzles I ordered with my subscription, yay! We'll see when they show up :)
