The Big Lebowski, enough said...

The Big Lebowski was one of the very few films that took me 3 - 4 hours to watch the whole way through for the first time around due to the fact that I had to pause and rewind for laughing fits which ended up in crying, coughing and pains in my cheeks...Excellent film! That and Anchorman are probably my 2 favorite comedy films of all time.

One of my favorite Big Lebowski moments...

Younger Cop: And was there anything of value in the car?
The Dude: Oh, uh, yeah, uh... a tape deck, some Creedence tapes, and there was a, uh... uh, my briefcase.
Younger Cop: [expectant pause] In the briefcase?
The Dude: Uh, uh, papers, um, just papers, uh, you know, uh, my papers, business papers.
Younger Cop: And what do you do, sir?
The Dude: I'm unemployed.

Its all about making friends with the right people. When the producers meets you for the first time and recognizes you 6 months later in a room so packed its nearly impossible to move and announces you as "the biggest fan we've got" well one's chance of getting into these sorts of things increases substantially!

Well I got to go to a special preview of Tron last night (not out in the UK till Friday )

Fantastic film, really enjoyed it

I've been listening to the soundtrack courtesy of Daft Punk very very good also and fits the film so well
