Thanks very much for this! I called that number and it's essentially the same automated service as the other number, but not an 0870 one. I just kept pressing * till I got a real person and it seems my parcel is already on a van for redelivery today. There is a freephone general number 0800 157 7777 to arrange redelivery in all areas.

I also got the depot address and number in Hitchin in case I do need to go there to collect it myself.
I have to say, I'd much prefer standard international delivery to Yodel.
