Yep, same here. Luckilly the only person I know of whose parcels arrive through Yodel are Wil's, so I know what it is in this instance.
BarnDoor wrote:Yes I had this with Home Delivery Network a while ago. I ended up ringing the local depot and sorted it straight away.

There is a freephone general number 0800 157 7777 to arrange redelivery in all areas.

Otherwise search here: http://www.saynoto0870.com/companysearch.php for local depots etc.
Thanks very much for this! I called that number and it's essentially the same automated service as the other number, but not an 0870 one. I just kept pressing * till I got a real person and it seems my parcel is already on a van for redelivery today. Hopefully that is the case as the other half is home today.

I also got the depot address and number in Hitchin in case I do need to go there to collect it myself.

I have to say, I'd much prefer standard international delivery to Yodel.

Yodel- The single worst company when it comes to sending/receiving stuff. They are excellent when you are in, but if your not expect a lot of trouble.

Dear all,

My name is Kevin and I think I might have a problem......

Image
This is my Strijbos designed puzzle collection!!!

And here are some more puzzle i bought from him of other people's design!
Image

What is the problem?? You may well ask! It's not the number of puzzles here! I can't open the damn box and the last 3 bottles!
The box is still a total mystery to me despite all the other puzzle bloggers solving it!
Yes Chris! I did think about blowing in it and I have spun it around!!!

The bottles are driving me nuts - I keep trying when I can but they make so much noise when you play that "She" keeps getting very annoyed and burning me with the laser stare!! I stop quickly! Well you would when you can smell your own forehead burning! :o

What's a puzzler to do??

Great post Kevin, I just read it out to my wife so she could have a laugh too. I also had to tell her the value of all those puzzles. She was shocked to find out that they total £88. Why do you lot spend sooo much on puzzles?

Ok so I didn't mention price really.

Allard is so right with what he says about that Bl**dy Blue Box! It's great inside. No I'm not rubbing it in, I'm willing you on to open it!

Haha! Brilliant! I tried spinning the First Box too! I'm sure you know how to solve it, it just a case of finding the way to do it ;)

As for the bottles... I'm pretty rubbish at them, I've opened two (I don't know which) but I can never get them back together again... I don't have any myself because I think they'd drive me mad :)
