It depends on the point of view... :lol:

PS - I just opened the first cylinder.
I had a few good intuitions, but the actual solving was probably helped by luck. Now, do you suggest me to 1) reassemble it without hesitation and try to solve it again, or 2) study the mechanism carefully so I understand how it works, so I can open it easily from now on?

I suggest studying it, but that didn't help me open it any easier :?

Heh, so it's not like the cross? After opening the cross, I studied it, and now I can open it very quickly every time. I'm actually glad if the cylinder puts up a fight every time, even after you know how it works! ;)

It takes a little while to properly work out the knack to opening the Cylinder. Experiment a bit, you'll get there. ;)
