Sorry i haven't been around much lately,i went through some health issues..my father inlaw died ..and after getting a new turantula..well...i got bit.
it came ..it didnt move for 2 days so like a dumb ass i reached inside to retrieve the corpse and well....it wasnt a corpse....
and guess what kids?...i am allergic.
first hour i started to have trouble breathing....felt confused...
second hour i noticed a bump under my arm....went to the bathroom and nearly had a heart attack!...i was being covered by hives...big ones!
took 2 benadrils....the hive receeded and my breathing improved.
second day...the bite area turned black...had hives again.
3rd day..promised myself no more arachnids.
my wife decided that the best way for her to deal with her grief was for us to race this summer...so i have been in the garage alot lately...finished the roll cage in the new build and got the motor set in....
so now i only have geckos and frogs...i do have two fire belly toads but i do not touch them with out rubber gloves...being more carefull now for sure
ill post some pics of the new build if ya want me to...its all bare bars and skins right now but the paint and graphics arent far behind now

oh yeah and....everybody has a phobia right?...spiders...snakes...the dark....confined spaces....mine is the dentist....after 21 years of no dentist visits i went...april 5th i go to the oral surgeon( ) for two extractions..and ont he 19th i go back to the dentist for that whole "cut your gums and scrape out all the crap" procedure....i actually wasnt as bad as i thought ...a friends dad nearly died from a rotten tooth and i have a rotten wisdom tooth so i kinda freaked out...found something i am more affraid of than the dentist!...the reaper!
so its been a really effed up 2010 so far
i am as interested as ever in revomaze ,my life just got a little more "complicated" is all.....oh yeah and my wife is having depression and sleep disorders from loosing her dad so its been crazy...they gave her that sleep aid that the commercial has the transparent blue butterfly...ya that stuff is a crazy pill!...my wife "wakes up" in the middle of the night and says crazy stuff..nonsense really...we have conversations you wouldnt believe....weird!
but that is why i have been MIA....crazy crazy crazy....

I was wondering what happened, thanks for keeping us apprised. Sorry to hear about your allergy. Did you just 86 the tarantula then?

Love to see the racing photos, I don't know if I ever asked, but what type of racing do you do? Is it dirt track? Stock or sprint? 1/2 mile?

Whoa, that sounds nuts man. Watch out for those tarantulas.

I admit, I don't mind the dentist, but have had enough bad dentists who have carried out unnecessary procedures on me (which messed up my ability to bite through a piece of meat as easily as I used to) .. that I only go in once every four to seven years. So far, they have been floored by my teeth every time. They clean them up and say, "You're lying, you had to have been to another dentist in the last year at most." Nothing wrong with them, and I move on. But, don't want to press my luck, time to go to the dentist again soon. Meh.

monday is the two teeth extraction and the 19th is the gum peel back procedure .

yes ,i 187'd the turantula...not nearly as upsetting to kill a spider that bit ya,as compared to one dying...

That picture doesn't fit the image I would have when I read fuel cell. You mean place for fuel to be stored, or do you mean an electric fuel cell?

yeah its the place to hold fuel...its a plastic bladder full of "slosh resistant"foam
inside a steel can...
Today i spent all day with my dad bolting in the motor and transmission(3 speed saganaw)
and installing the sliders on the rear end...they replace the normal shackle for the back of the leaf springs.
its comming right along!

Adam:..HA!..i spent all week in a vicodin haze of painlessness....i love vicodin so much i decided to wait a few weeks to get my next procedure done so as not to have back to back vicodin "runs"....they are tooooo goood!
havent had any today....man he worked me over on the lower tooth...my jaw is all screwed up....hurts still a little.

its coming along.
