How do people get common serials?

Since my first Revomaze is up in the 900's I don't think this is orderable for the rest.....how are people doing it?

People with the same serial across puzzles either ordered everything early or contacted Chris before ordering everything.

I saw someone had 170 series.......even that high? wow
