Well, after dealing with Emma/RevoGirl a lot over the past few days, and having had a few emails with Chris as well, I just had to post to congratulate the Revomaze crew on
GREAT customer service
Emma has been very responsive and has dealt with all of my hassling and questions with a smile and a joke. It's great to feel that you are so well supported, especially when you are spending your money with a company on the other side of the world.
As I read and saw for myself when I was first was looking into Revomazes, I couldn't see any negative comments about the product or the service, and now I see why.
Stigy, a happy new Revoer

They have a great business strategy: Produce a great product and go above and beyond in your customer service. I'll be buying revomazes for years to come.

that darned Fushigi website got me.
when you say your interested in buying they take your card info first.
then they offer you a bunch of other balls...when you say yeah i would like that ball lets look at it...they say "thank you for your order".
you get the original ball and the one you wanted to look at.
im kinda glad though,i wanted the 4" acrylic fushigi anyway.
but given the chance i would have removed the 3" original ball.
but like you said,i want the ones i want right away...=]
im not a fan of buying one "piece" of any set i want either.
they have not depreciated much from the looks of sales i have seen=](revo's)
