I'm not saying to not do it, but I guess when can one make an educated purchase of a 'limited' edition anymore.

I'm fairly liberal in this regard, I say let everyone get the puzzles they want. I understand there's a cost associated with each and every product being produced. But Is Red actually limited to 125 anymore? Were there only actually 123 sold before and these were for one reason or another left off? is there now 127 (or more?)

I guess the more events like these I see, the less confident I am in purchasing more, which is annoying because I do love the puzzles. But when it's sold with an understanding (and often pricetag) of a limited edition, and things randomly show up later down the line with a different pricetag and potentially less exclusivity... It kind of sucks?

You might say I shouldn't care.. But the fact I do care is why I kept buying puzzles. Don't make me not care?

Chyron, I understand what you are saying, if something is "limited" then that's the expectation.
In this case, it appears that these puzzles were part of the limited run and for whatever reason, returned, cancelled order, etc, Revomaze had them in their inventory.

And, they were listed with their numbers.
"We have discovered TWO Limted Edition Red Revomazes #13 & #51"

:)

a better question is, where are the Mercury puzzles? ;)

I suggest we start a topic on this. I agree with some of Chyron's post and disagree with other parts. I'd like to weigh in more and include some ideas on solutions. :)

Anyone want to move these last few posts so we can chat more?

Hah, Thanks Paradox
I would have argued against splitting the topic vs just deleting them.

Over the years It's all been said. Whatever it takes to keep the puzzles coming I guess.

RevoHQ has been very generous over the years too, to a point where I'd been concerned that it was overstretching their capacity.

Yeah this horse is definitely dead.
