Hi everyone,
My curious brain has been wondering what kind of person is drawn to this kind of puzzle. Obviously, the appeal is international, with emphasis on Western Europe and North America.
I've assumed most (all?) of us are male. Not sure why I assume that, maybe it's based on my puzzle conversations with real life human people. I haven't met many females who enjoy this kind of thing. Having never been to a Puzzle Party (TM) to meet the local puzzle community, I may be completely wrong. I welcome corrections.
Also, I would guess the average user age is mid 40s? I'm in my early 40s. I know I couldn't afford these puzzles until I was fairly well established in my career (teacher).
Anyone else want to share?
