I was too late to get the Black and too slow for the HandMade. Hoping for a Purple, but that's up to fate. The gold plated CE puzzles may end up being rarer than even the Purple. The rarest are probably the prototypes that are sold occasionally.
Some of the discontinued Obsession puzzles might be consider rare also. Those with the matching sleeve color come to mind.

When I said prototypes I'm talking about the same designs that were in production. Chris has put them up for auction occasionally. I'd check with Joe and Chris about them.
There were several modified mazes too. The Silver, Green and the Orange come to mind.

Did the orange not make the list? There are just as many as the lime.

I'd agree. If the Lime is included then the Orange should have been included too.
The Blue, Green, Bronze and Silver had no set limits on how many would or could be made.
The Orange, Lime and the Gold (yes the Gold) all were limited to 250 pieces each. The Gold was limited to 500, but half of them were to be available only in the CE sets. 250 were available without buying the set.
The Red ended up being limited to 125 pieces. I think it may have been initially planned to be a run of 250, but they changed it to 125 later on.
The Titaniun SE is next with only 50 pieces planned. I suspect the actual number is much less and there're no longer available even if you order the CE set today.
Now the Black and the Handmade are meant to be rare. Only 20 of each makes it tough to even buy one second hand. At least the Black found its way into more hands as the first Black Obsession. That too is no longer sold, but is easier to buy second hand than the extreme version.
The Purple, with only 14 pieces is the rarest production run Revomaze. Three are spoken for, 10 are for the lottery and the last is for the person opening the Blue Pro in under 60 seconds. I don't know if you could actually buy one for the artificially high price on the website, but if they do sell it they may need to make another Purple.
Recently a V1 Green Obsession was available on the website for £120. This was the plastic version of the Green Extreme. There was only 1 available and now it's gone.
There was also an unplated, unanodized Lime prototype for sale for about £240, but I think that got snatched up too.

Since this thread got way off-topic and out of hand, I've removed those posts and tweaked the poll so we can try again. The question is what do you own... not who should be able to buy what or how fair or unfair anything is. You either have them, or you don't.

Does the Titanium cover the one in the CE set? I didn't check it as I know there was an SE.
