Should I send pictures of opened puzzle to ReVoMaster?

I solved my first Revo and sent my pictures to ReVoMaster. Is this correct or could I send them to someone that will answer PMs more often? I want access to the open forum and also put the puzzle back together.

I opened my blue one the other day. I sent pics to the registration email address. Should I do the same?

read the FAQ http://www.revomaze.co.uk/phpBB3/viewto ... f=17&t=821

everything is explained in there.

I'm a little confused now. The FAQ doesn't say anything about any PMs to forum members, it just says to PM or e-mail Chris Pitt, but it doesn't say what his username is or his e-mail (though I know it is chris.pitt@revomaze.co.uk).

So I guess if the FAQ is really up to date, we shouldn't bother with any PMs but should just send the pictures directly to chris.pitt@revomaze.co.uk, unless you know what Chris Pitt's forum username is.

Chris's name on the forums is ReVoMaster. Revoguy is a guy named Joseph who works for Chris. Either of them should be able to help you. Revoguy seems to be quicker on replying sometimes so that's why people said to try PMing him as well. May take a few days but you'll all get added. They're just very busy over at Revo HQ!

I tend to send everything in one email when registering a puzzle as open.

Send pictures (as shown in the FAQ)
plus the code on the certificate to

registration@revomaze.co.uk

also include your forum name so you can be added to the open group.

and then either Chris or Joseph (who ever checks the registration account first) will deal with your registration and add you to the open group.
