It's probably a Royal Mail tracking number, in which case you should be able to use it here.

Track-Trace can also be used with any EMS tracking number.

found it AirSure (Royal Mail) in another forum, and answer from the bluesign2k.

Btw, if any staff member see's this, this information should/must be in the FAQ or terms and conditions or anywhere in the online store. It is a very important piece of information. These pieces ain't exactly cheap, and we know you all must be very busy, this is just a suggestion on how to improve your service.

Btw, does AirSure keeps the track until I get it at home, or it will pass to the my national mail provider?

thnks for the info about Track-Trace, very useful!

I find that tracking can sometimes be a bit hit and miss once the package starts to hop between countries. However, if you can track the parcel on Track-Trace I find that it will generally track it all the way to the destination (sometimes you have to select the destination country though).

Or maybe a link could even be included in the email giving us the tracking number

I understand the frustration over the Trace and Track when I send out direct emails, as a posed to the automated tracking emails, I'll include a hyperlink to the Royal Mail Track and Trace webpage.
