I'm trying to buy a gold now that it's available, and I thought I'd use some of the points I had. I've made a certificate so I could use the points, but I can't figure out how to use the thing.

From the instructions on the email:
1) Go to our site

2) Add to cart any products.

3) Follow to 'CHECKOUT' section.

4) Enter your personal details.

5) Select 'Gift Certificate' as payment method.

6) Enter your gift certificate ID and click the 'Submit' button.

There's no such payment method, but there is a box for coupons. Sticking the ID in there just gives me an invalid code message though.

I've sent an email through the "Contact Us" link on the main site, and I just got a generic email with a "We'll look into it" message.

I don't blame them for being too busy to help, but I just want to know if I'm doing something wrong. Is there actually something wrong with the checkout process, or am I just stupid?

Don't ask the rest of us, we've all been into Revos for ages, and giving Chris our cash years before the puzzles were out, so we don't get bonus points ......

I had trouble even getting the bonus points! I ordered things that should give me 600+ points, and yet I have none! The receipt says that points will be received after order is completed-does this mean I would receive them after my puzzles were delivered?

Although for answering your question psycholoner, I checked and there is such payment method. When you choose it you will have a box to type in the code.
Don't know what happened when you checked, but go checkout and there is the option below the Paypal option.
