Troubles with paypal

I tried to order something, but paypal have stopped accepting my card for whatever reason.
I have used the card with paypal before, the card is still active, there are funds in the account etc.
Anyone else having this problem?

You reach your Paypal charge limit without attaching it to a bank account?

No, it just cancels. 'Paypal does not accept this card' when they have before.

Just tried to order it again, with all the same details and it worked first time. That is a puzzle for you guys to solve
