I found that my trainer started slipping after a while but a good solution is to put some sellotape around the metal 'nut' and then carefully slip the trainer on. I also scored up the inside of the trainer with some scissors and now it grips really well. I don't hold it directly but not quite in my palm either - somewhere in between. Presumably there is no rule against spraying your hands with anti-perspirant or something similar...?

good point , will contestants be allowed to use portable fans to keep their hands super dry ?

i assumed that picture was a silver sleeved revo withthe core pulled to one end
