agreed as a professional beer taster flavors get lost in quality beers when ther get too cold. That being said Coors, Budweiser, Miller etc... are all ment to be cold cause you don't want to taste them. Besides those beers are all made for woman, if you don't believe me just ask me why I say that.

yeah you just need to get certified as a beer judge and get some tasting experience under your belt, let me know if you want some information on it. I only really do it for enjoyment not as a full time job but you could make it one if you wanted.

Well, I'm no professional - but I know what I like...There are Beers that I benefit from by sending them on a trip to the freezer for a slush to be formed in them. Not all, but some. On a hot English day when the hankie is on the head and the feet are in a paddling pool and I'm half in the shade, a nice Slushy bottle of Cobra hits the spot, sipped from a Tall, ultra thin laser cut Spiegelau Pilsner glass. Mmmmmmmm...Nice. But I also like eating Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps and a Mars bar at the same time. Mmmmmmmm...Nice.

Those glasses are nice you just need to make sure you're careful with them cause they are super thin. I prefer a thicker walled glass so the beer holds temp better but as far a a glass for presentation these are pretty solid. Cobra though falls into the same category as the afore mentioned macros IMO. If you're in the UK checkout Tactical Nuclear Penguin from BrewDog out of Scotland for a bit of a change it's 32% and a sipper. Other wise weihenstephaner hefeweisen, Westvleteren 12 are great beers that should be accessable to you guys across the pond. Prost!

Bloody Nora! 32%! I'd like to try that although I've got a feeling I'd need some Gaviscon. I could drink Bourbon or Rum straight all night until I collapse without any heartburn at all but my stomach hates Red wine and Super strong beer. Still, just had a look on their website and it does look interesting.
