Mirror Map

Post by Stigy »

Is your map backwards :?: Just wondering how many of us map with your map coming out the opposite way to the way it actually is on the shaft? I know I do.

I suppose it's down to whether your brain pictures the pin on the shaft and the maze on the sleeve, or the other way around. :geek:

Mine too, particularly the silver which I mapped again and again and again.....
The black however I did an awful job of (mainly because a map isn't really needed for the black), didn't really look anything like the maze, which made for a nice surprise :D

Because I have only opened plastic models (Blue and Green) I'm not sure what the shaft looks like. My maps have the "entry point" at the bottom. I then draw the reset on both sides of the map with the maze in the middle and the "exit" at the top. Is this considered mirrored?

Some people flip the map as they draw it, others don't. No real way to know if you do that until someone else looks at it or you compare it to a shaft.

My first attempt at mapping came out EXTREMELY out of proportion. I have big lines just scrawled down the maze to connect lines

it's a good time... I still haven't solved green. In fact, I've made more progress on my red.
