as well as many others, but i have a huge feeling there is gonna be yet another delay on them. I guess we have to wait until February for the next update on these beauties

Yeah I caught that one and I thought it was said that the golds were going out by the end of January. Guess I'll see tomorrow since it's the last day of the month. Really wish it would ship soon!

Personally I would rather the quality be up to par before shipping, even if that means waiting another 6 months. (Also my fingers could use the break after solving silver this week).

same here thayneq. I would much rather have the plating be correctly evaluated before shipping, even if it means the extra wait time. Which of course would mean more time to work on bronze and possibly the time to get money to save up for green and silver.

I want the puzzle to be of high quality, but I'm getting tired of the delays...
My patience is running out, especially with only the occasional update...
Its been over a year from silver's release... I understand the difficulty in getting a product to market, with unreliable vendors and production issues, not to mention the fact that RevoHQ has very few people working there, all of whom are way overloaded. My complaints aren't with the hard work, just the frustration at the continual slips in schedule.

Amen! I also don't want another red extreme problem with gold. But if I may say even 1 or 2 updates a week to let us know what exactally is going on would be great and put my mind at ease! Also no offense to new customers but at this point I would say that golds should hold priority over all new orders and anything else IMO. The way things are going though I don't see orange coming out anytime soon and I don't expect the HM to be done intill at least the 4th quarter. It's a shame. Really. But there needs to be a little more balance of info given, dates promised, and of course quality.

I totally understand the desire for 100% focus on golds, but if they cease taking care of new customers and distributing everything but gold that would be disastrous. First, new customers would get very angry and would probably be totally turned off from the company. Second, the other colors are being produced at a regular pace and those seem to be under control for quality control and distribution so it'd be silly to mess up something that's already working. Finally, I'd be so sad if I didn't get to get any puzzles bc I'm new until everyone else gets their golds. Aside from that, I do see your point. I just don't think it'd be too realistic from the business side. I have a good feeling though! You pro's will probably be getting your golds soon! From what I've read most on these forums, all you need is patience.

from a business side, you don't want to piss off ANY customers... the new ones, or the old ones... remember, some of us paid for these things almost 2 years ago sight unseen... and continue to support based on good faith...

Good point! Only difference between the pros and newbies from that prospective is that the pros are already hooked. Two years is intense though.

I can imagine that th Gold is fairly complex inside!!!! Guys that have already opened there silver will understand what i mean but its not simple in there !!!!

I was more irritated that when I got to the swamp on my V1 that i was permanently stuck and there was nothing I can do !!!!! This is far more important in the Gold because it holds the "key"

Dont stress guys it will be here soon and when it was i am sure most of us will be cursing the existence of the poxy thing

I'd agree with you if this was only a slight delay but we're going on months now and I just feel like gold should be the main concern right now. Last I heard was that there were plating problems so if that is the case then all new revos wether they be blue through gold should be having the same problems. If that is the case then I'm just asking that the golds be pushed to the front of the line. I don't want any customer loss for Chris and the rest of the team but as previously stated many of us have already invested a lot of money and not getting any regular updates is killing me! Can't speak for the rest of my revo buddies on here though.
