No need to gate-keep. If he wants the puzzles and can find someone to sell them, then does it really matter. If he is looking harder than you, he deserves them more than you. However, he will have a much harder time finding voyager status and probably doesn't understand how much it will cost. That's besides the point.

And on a different note, this should be moved to the thread specifically related to buying/selling.

Not sure what you mean by "gate-keep" but you make it sound like I was doing something wrong? It was a simple question as the R1s are readily available from HQ and it appears Playa only has 2 unfinished R1s. Alot of untapped puzzles there. The R2s are much harder to acquire...but its a free market and Playa certainly can do whatever they wish.

Full disclosure...I changed my question to Playa from "why not get those?" to "curious why you don't get those?" for those who many interpret my original question as "gate-keeping".

Agreed. The untapped potential for new members like myself is huge as is

I change my answer to: not buying more before finishing what I have

Just to get back on topic of bronze :)

I just read your last sentence in a way "there are other people waiting for voyager and we have first dibs" kind of way. At this point, Chris is well behind on producing puzzles due to a lot of circumstances. He is in no rush to produce R2s. I don't even think they will ever be made, which is fine.

My apologies for not interpreting correctly. I was grumpy when I commented.

I can see how my comment could be interpreted that way and most definitely was not trying to say that. I wish I had dibs on an R2. ....certainly no hard feelings...easy to take things multiple ways via messaging!
