well i have a 200 piece jigsaw which is designed to be made into a framed picture ( a cheap plastic frame and glue is provided) and the quality of the connection between pieces is not great which is what has prevented me from actually assembling the thing (as well as lack of space to hang it) and the instructions are in the picture together with a pic of the disassembled frame and assembled frame so i dont see why it shouldnt work especially if you glue both sides

I also think you are forgetting the size of that beast. See the posts of 21 April this year. Then shiver.

Any frame that size would be provided with backing sturdy enough to stabilize the jigsaw provided it is sufficiently glued (I officially resent the assumption that I am forgetting anything (no arrogance intended)).

I would suggest several frames, and 1 huge wall. Or just use it like wallpaper.
