I've managed to solve the lighter now. And I have to say that as nice as it is (and it really is nice) I do have a slight issue with it's solution that I don't really agree with.

But it is a Roger puzzle, so expect the unexpected I guess!

After Ali loaned me his copy I knew I would be getting one of these for myself eventually:

But I had a bit of time to sit down with it just now and it turns out that it takes a total of exactly 500 moves to open and close the lock.

Pretty cool!
