Hi Jerry, I think that you have addressed my comments rather succinctly.
Not to detract from your thread, however I have built a prototype puzzle
also and the only way to get the damn thing open is to use a magnet !!!
Thank you again for your thoughts on my initial post and I will be looking
forward to photos and detailed reviews on your site of your new puzzles.
