i also would love to order a set as i do not "test" handmades,LE, or the titanium as far as i know...being that i have @$10,000.00 in my race car i am a little strapped at the moment.
maybe if they offer the titanium seperate from a set i may order one.
not sure if i can handle not trying every design,as i love the products!.
even my silver V1 works!

I would definitely buy a titanium if they made it separate from the set but it doesn't seem that they will be.

Agreed. I want it... but i don't quite have the funds to blow... really on one puzzle. Feel bad for the people who were like... "I'll get them all at once" ... But... maybe the wait is worth the extra puzzle! I'll be shaking my fist at them in a playfully angry manor once they're like HAHA i got a Ti! Patience friends!

Perhaps, with fewer people buying them, an ordinary mortal may be the first to open a Ti. No offense intended to those immortals out there. You know who you are. ;)

It's a little weird that I was the last poster in this thread and that was 5 months ago.

Anyway, in today's update Chris has announced that the plastic Ti practice core will be replaced by an unplated brass practice core. Although the reason for this change is unclear, it seems like an upgrade to me. I do wonder if owners are expected to use the CE Ti sleeve with this core or is a second sleeve supplied? A plastic core would have been less likely to scratch a sleeve and might have come with it's own Obsession sleeve.

I guess more details will be coming in the future.

Confirmed with Revogirl that the CE set will have two complete Titanium Extreme puzzles, one with a plated core for display/collecting and the other with an unplated core for using/solving the puzzle. Nicole said the change is a thank you to those that pre-ordered and have waited patiently for quite some time.

Thanks Chris and company!

Really sucks some of us cant get a hold of the titanium or that they aren't making a small amount like red. Would be cool if they let people who have complete sets with matching numbers order a titanium. I technically have a collectors set it just doesn't have a case! Mine are all matching serials!

This has been discussed many times before. I don't agree with it, but Chris has been firm on only providing the TiX to those who ordered the CE (apparently two...in appreciation for waiting so long ;) )

I'm sure it has been discussed several times. Part of me understands since it is the collectors set and there should be some sort of special thing about it. I just couldn't wait that long and wanted to get revoing ASAP when I found out about Revomaze. At this point some of us don't have the extra funds for a whole new set just for Titanium. Since my set is matching I was happy with ordering them early.

I've heard the reasons, I do not agree with them (I think those that have a 'full set' should be open to ordering a Ti) but I respect Chris for making the call as it is his choice. Doesn't mean I don't wish he'll change his mind. ;)

As long as I am not locked out of getting a Lime!
