The Plexisis has been solved! Andrew Reeves thought that it would take me a year and it took 4 days :)

That's 3 special/extra difficult Isises solved in under 1 week! Now I need to catch up with my backlog of RevoMazes.

I did find out that the Ramisis G2 is actually a simpler puzzle than the original but with an improved latch mechanism. So I'm going to pass on it. I'm not sure about the Extreme one yet.
Needs to be updated!

So given the (presumably significant cost) and the very short solve time, would you say it was value for money?

What's Andrew's feedback on you solving it so quickly?

I don't think this is a spoiler for Copernisis Extreme, but to be sure, I post this with white text:

As I understand it the Copernisis Extreme has the same solution as Copernisis Original, just a different equation (combination). I don't think that is anything I want to spend £200 on then. I hoped for a different mechanical solution.

Lets hope that the Ramisis Extreme has a different solution.

Ramisis Extreme is now available and it has been confirmed by Andrew that the internal mechanics are updated so it will be more difficult to solve.

I have now ordered both a Ramisis Extreme and an Isis Extreme :)

A Ramisis that's more difficult to solve?! Why?
I get 4 or 5 Ramisis sent to me for opening every year because the original version was too hard (and unreliable)... indeed, I've just this week done another one. Even with an open one next to me for reference it still takes a good while to open.

I love hard puzzles, so I think it always is place for harder puzzles. And I don't mind if it take a couple of years to solve it. But if many people don't like the original Ramisis or think it is too hard or unreliable, then I understand that the Extreme version isn't anything for them, but I longing for it and think it will be really fun trying to solve it.

So for me, it cannot be too hard, it is just fun to work on puzzles for a long time, like Revomaze :)
